L5S1 or sacroiliac?
You have IDR (isolated disc respiration) at L5-S1. Look this up on the website.
You also have foraminal stenosis at the same level. These two problems could cause lower back pain and leg pain with standing and walking.
Nerve root blocks are a good start. Generally in this condition, facet blocks are not too effective but nonetheless, if you gain good relief, you might be a candidate for rhizotomy or ablation.
