Sorry, do you have any kind of % risk for a face down one level TLIF surgery with the proper precautions taken ? this is 3-4 hr surgery correct ?
I have no statistics form ION following a one level TLIF but the numbers are quite small. TLIF should be a 3 hour surgery.

The chance of ION is much less than 1%.
