Yes, I read out of state and out of country MRIs. Please call the 888 888-5310 number if you are in the USA and the 970 476-1100 number if you are out of the country (obviously use the USA calling code number prefix).

    need advice.
    MRI shows
C6-7 Disc height loss with retrolosthesis, disc osteophyte and mild spinal stenosis. There is moderate to severe degenerative biforaminal narrowing.
C5-6 Disc height loss with disk osteophyte and mild spinal stenosis.Uncinate spurs result in mild to moderate foraminal narrowing ,stenosis greater right.

This started after sever neck pain started again , down left side of spine to below shoulder blade and down left arm.

Was told no fix other then surgery , but Since I am 52 and doctor says still young , he recommends I try Cervical Epidural injections and if we can prolong any surgery the better.

Chronic neck pain associated with significant arm pain that has failed physical therapy and epidurals and has a proven disorder should now be considered for surgery in my opinion. Your age is typical for many patients who undergo cervical surgery. If you also have motor weakness in one of the muscles associated with the C6 or C7 nerve roots, surgery should be considered sooner than later.

Epidurals can reduce the sensitivity of the pain nerves (nociceptors). Sometimes, the effect can be permanent and other times, only temporary. The epidural does not improve any motor weakness, only pain and numbness.
