I had an internal bleed about 5 months ago when I was in the hospital likely from receiving heparin. This internal bleed resulted in a hematoma in my right pelvic upper thigh area and due to that compression I have now been diagnosed with femoral neuropathy. I had significant pain just to the touch as well as weakness and muscle atrophy. I have been doing physical therapy but was just wondering why I still have so much pain in my thigh area since I no longer have the hematoma.
