You have a herniation of C5-6 with a radiculopathy of the C6 nerve. You have constant pain I assume in your shoulder and down your arm.
Typically in the USA, if there is no severe weakness, then physical therapy and an epidural steroid/selective nerve root block would be performed. If there is either significant weakness or uncontrollable pain. an ACDF surgery, an artificial disc replacement or in some cases, a posterior foraminotomy would be performed.
