Is there any case where a Mobi-C placed forward rather than centrally, so the front of the implant plates both protrude past the edge of the vertebrae, could be considered correct and satisfactory?

While not perfect, slight anterior protrusion of the implant (ADR) is acceptable as long as the protrusion does not effect swallowing and the mechanics of the replacement are not impeded by the anteriority of the ADR.
