my MRI for my lumbar, July 2015, there are minor chronic end-plate marrow change at L5-S1 and along the L3 superior end-plate. There is disc desiccation with mild loss of disc height at L4-L5 and L5-S1. the conus medullaris terminates at the T12 level, within normal limits. the para spinal soft tissues appear normal. L-1-L2 no disc herniation, central canal stenosi, or neuroforaminal narrowing. L2- L3: 3 mm diffuse disc bulge with mild to moderate bilateral meuroforaminal narrowing, right greater than left. no significant central canal stenosis. L3-L4: 2-3mm diffuse disc bulge with mild bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing. No significant central canal stenosis. moderate bilateral facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. L4-L5 3-4mm diffuse disc bulge with moderate bilateral neoroforaminal narrowing, left greater than right. there is a 3 x 7 mm synovial cyst in the thecal sac, medial to the left facet joint which compresses the left aspect of the thecal sac. there is moderate central canal stenosis due to combination of disc and bilateral facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. L5- S1: 3-4mm diffuse disc osteophyte complex with moderate bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing. no significant central canal stenosis. moderate bilateral facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy.
    IMPRESSION:
    1. A 3X7 MM SYNOVIAL CYST DUE TO FACET JOINT OSTEOARTHRITIS IS SEEN THE LEFT ASPECT OF THE THECAL SAC AT THE L4-L5 LEVEL CAUSING COMPRESSION OF THE NERVE ROOTS OF THE THECAL SAC.
    2. DEGENERATIVE DISC DISEASE WITH MODERATE SPINAL CANAL STENOSIS AT L4-L5
    3. NEUROFORAMINAL NARROWING AT EVERY LEVEL FROM L2-L3 THROUGH L5-S1 AS DESCRIBED IN DETAIL ABOVE

The MRI does not stand alone for diagnosis. I have seen patients with your findings have absolutely no symptoms and others who need surgery. See the section https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-lower-back-and-leg-pain/ to understand how to describe symptoms.
