There is no notation of the condition of the facets at C1-2 and C2-3 which is typical as many radiologists don’t at this time pay attention to these areas. If you had radio-frequency ablations at C3-4, I would assume you had facet blocks here that were diagnostic (temporarily pain-relieving). Did you also have blocks at C2-3, the most common level to cause headaches?
