Vertigo is a “spinning sensation” when you stand up or open your eyes and is typically associated with malfunction of the vestibular mechanism inside the brain. The cervical spine is not neurologically connected to the vestibular mechanism so there is no way I am aware of that these two can be connected.
“Pressure” headaches can relate to greater or lesser occipital neuralgia which is irritation of the C2 or the C3 nerve roots that do exit from the neck.
