    So i’m a bit lost as to what exactly this means and what treatment may come with it.. can anyone here shed some light on what this means.. thanks

    1. L3-L4 Broad-based disc bulge with annular fissure
    2. L4-L5: Broad-based disc bulge with annular fissure
    3. L-5-S1 Broad Left parcentral disc protrusion with annular fissure in very close approximation of the transitioning left s1 nerve root. recommended clinical correlation for left s1 radulpathy. mild bilateral facet arthosis .
    4. There are no regions of the severe canal compromise or severe forminal narrowing seen..
