    I am wondering if C7-T1 look normal. My main issue is I am stuck with forward posture and get excruciating pain when trying to straighten this posture through posture correction stretches or lying or sitting back on a flat surface. MRI cervical

    Understand that this is one image and the MRI contains 100s of images. Based upon this one sagittal T2 image of the central spine, this spine looks normal. You are seeing “black” in the cerebral spinal fluid in front of the spinal cord. This is motion artifact. The CSF is “moving” during the gathering of the data for this image and the white CSF turns black.
