I have had five neck surgeries between 2010 and 2012 through c5-c7. I have ACDF from c5-c7, laminoplasty at c5-c6, posterior discectomy in c6-c7, foraminotomy in c6-c7.

Besides all the above surgeries my pain in the lower and upper extremities with burning sensation never left.

A recent MRI revealed cervical stenosis at c4-c5 with 8mm compression and disc herniated. I am desperate for a treatment that will give me relief

I would have to ask what order were the above noted surgeries and why all these surgeries were needed? What were the initial symptoms and how were they modified after each individual surgery?

You do have stenosis at C4-5 but your symptoms may not originate from cord compression. See the section https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-neck-shoulder-and-arm-pain/ to understand how to describe symptoms. Also see the section https://neckandback.com/conditions/cervical-central-stenosis-and-myelopathy/ to understand the symptoms of myelopathy.

You also might have chronic radiculopathy. See the description of that condition here: https://neckandback.com/conditions/chronic-radiculopathy/.
