It is not easy to understand your thoughts due to language differences. The small smattering of images you provided appears to make your neck look more normal than abnormal if my memory serves me right. With the amount of neck pain you have and relatively normal looking CT, I would focus more on the facets being pain generators.

i also think my pain its from facet (mostly c2-4 level (my pain in past was also left side (in mr i see herniated on nerve root (c3-4 left side but this was pain less (pain from facet i think the come what i feel more severe (arthritis dgd what to call (this worse from ddd (i want to show you clear image
of mr in 26 year old and the image looks good (so you really see what health of disc (in c2-4 and high and c4-5 you see the high its thin (all this affect from the trauma in pool (i push the head on backstroke swimming with all power of the swim (so its goes from the point of head all the impact to c s (so damage the uper disc more than lower (i share with u the image where i have
I have a dent in the head (and it is very symmetrical in the middle of the head exactly in the part that reaches the wall in backstroke (you saw it)
Hence of course this put pressure on to continue from this point .

“am unclear what your discussion regarding the CT is about.”
I m learning something but i m in the beginning of read CT (I LOOK TO CORONAL view from the front soft tissue and look at atlanto axial joint two sides and ask myself if its (space in the joint affected to rotation in some % if its less space in join
Because my rotation to right more good from left (and on the coronal view soft tissue image see the left atalnto axial joint its less space (maybe i see u what i mean with the section of coronal view.

The space between the dens and the lateral masses of C1 can be variable and dependent upon the degree of rotation of your head while positioned in the CT scanner. If there is no degeneration and no ligament instability (rare), any asymmetry present may be due to positioning.
