My husband has been getting several opinions on his upcoming back fusion surgery. We do not know which is the better option. We are very confused and want to make the best decision. Could you please provide me your opinion.

The bottom line is what the fusion requirements are that is being addressed by surgery. In general, TLIFs are better than ALIFs due to the lack of the anterior approach through the belly and the ability to address the nerve roots.
