    Hey there Dr. Corenman,

I hope this message reaches you well….I have a quick question, my repeat MRI of my brain shows the same spots that have been there along with new interval spots…

Could it be possible that the lesion in my neck from C2-7, along with WMH on my brain MRI’s with new WMH in left frontal lobe, as well as recurring aseptic meningitis x 5 with no organism, all be related to a possible CNS vasculitis?

It would be something if it’s all related to one thing. I know it’s not the best dx, but it’s not the worse either. I’m too young for this shit LOL…

    I hope you’re having a HAPPY MONDAY,

    Michele

CNS vasculitis is one of the potential disorders you might have. Hypertension vasculitis is another but my list of differential diagnoses for these findings is unfortunately limited. As I like to say to my patients, my expertise ends at the base of the coconut (Skull).
