    Dear doctor
    Am from Chennai. My daughter have pain when she is going to sit there is a pain in lowerback.like a sudden shock but after sitting no pain nd sometimes she have pain in left leg also. After her sitting when she is going to stand again there is a pain for a while, after tht she can walk nd no pain.Afterall walk nd fold everything she can do. She is only 15,years and this age it’s not common so am really worried about her pain. Please let me know the details about this and please don’t ignore this question

    The most common causes of lower back pain in an adolescent would be pars fractures, annular tears and disc endplate fractures. See:
