Headaches can originate from places other than the neck. If these headaches do originate from the neck, it is possible but unusual that they would originate from occiput through C2.

Your statement “My C1&C2 vertebras are the ones causing my headaches. After I’m adjusted I never go without headaches and my neck will not stay in place for more than a few hours” worries me. Does the adjustment cause increased headaches? If so, I recommend to not obtain further adjustments. If adjustments increase the headaches, it very well may be that the adjustment could be aggravating the headaches.

I would suggest that you get a consult from a headache specialist or a pain specialist.
