Hi, I was wondering if the cartilaginous Pannus in a pars fracture has been torn, could it heal or form a new one? Thanks

Alright, What you be your estimated guess on the percentage that the repair of a torn pannus will heal?
Also any specific things one would need to do to add percentage points to achieve this?
If it does heal would this be as strong as it was previous.
    Thanks Dr. Corenman.
