    Thank you for your great video’s i have seen on YouTube i think i have Lumbar Foraminal Stenosis
    but not sure i have seen a spinal surgeon yesterday and he said i have a narrowing where the nerve exits the lower back i have constant lower left leg pain and my back has give way 5 times on me now and every time it goes it takes longer to get back to work again because i have to have physiotherapy
    he said he won’t operate as i seem quite mobile
    if i send you my MRI Scans could you tell me if i do have Lumbar Foraminal Stenosis and what would be the best way forward
    please help

    For foraminal stenosis, selective nerve blocks can be helpful for relief (see website section). These injections will not cure the compression, but will “make the nerve tougher” to tolerate the compression. See if your treating physician will consider these.

    Thank you very much for your time i will send you a copy of my MRI Scans as soon as i can obtain them
    i have now started taking Tramadol 50mg to ease the pain and try and carry on with my life
