Just got results of MRI for C spine pain that refers to jaw, ear, deltoid, elbow; but also, sub clavian and scapular. Turns out to be multi faceted, no pun. Shows a “large” perineural cyst at T1-2, which would explain long term sub scapular pain, which is chief complaint. The possible treatments have me a bit scared. I understand there’s maybe no known cause, but could there be an underlying disease? How to diagnose?
