I have pain in both arms, primarily the left, with burning sensations on top of the forearm and in my left ring finger. Also, when I try to paddle when surfing, with my head back both hands go numb and tingle.
MRI shows c6-7 with a bulged disc pressing straight back into the spinal cord and severely flattening it, completely losing its kidney bern shape.
Ap cord measures at 7-8 mm at c6-7.
The neurosurgeon is ready to operate.
Ive had this pain for 4 months and conservative treatment has not worked.
I have little to no pain in my neck.
Should I move ahead with the surgery?
