    c 4-5 bilateral uncovertebral osteophyte formation with minimal bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing, left greater than right
    c5-6 bilateral uncovertebral osteophytes with minimal left neuroforaminal stenosis

    I just need some clarification of what this means. I have been having numbness and tingling in my left arm radiating down to my fingers with the feeling of pins and needles
