My MRI report says:
features of cervical spondylosis.
Minimal broad based disc osteophyte complex posterior bulge at C3-C4 disc with mild indentation of cord, minimal impingement on the adjacent ventral nerve roots and bilateral minimal neural foraminal narrowing.
Diffuse disc osteophyte complex posterior bulge at C5-C6 and C6-C7 levels with mild indentation of cord, minimal bilateral neural foraminal narrowing and impingement on the adjacent nerve roots
