The other day I had to rush my cat to the vet, I had to try and walk downtown to the vets. I managed it but my feet slapped the ground as I walk, my toes just slapped the ground like Penguins feet, it was embarrassing. On the way home I could not walk. I had to ask someone to bring me home. On my right foot I could not lift my toes up at all. All over the top of both feet and up my ankles and shins went numb and stiff/tight feeling. I couldn’t feel my feet hardly at all. They were numb underneath too. This sensation lasted several days. I am scared as GP still will not help me. I was seen by nurse at GPs and all she did was not take me seriously, and offered physiotherapy. I was like, no this is serious I can hardly walk. I had difficulty balancing because I couldn’t feel my feet. Please Sir, tell what I need to do, thank you so much. You are wonderful.

Having acute onset bilaterally symmetrical weakness is concerning. Things like Gullian Barre syndrome or acute myelopathy come to mind. You need to go to the ER to have them take a good look at you.
