    Dear Dr Corenman,
Please, advise me on the following diagnosis of my neck.

Ther is loss of hydration of the L3-L4 and L4-L5 intervertebral discs. Small annular disc bulges are evident at these levels. There is ome crowding of the right L4 nerve rootlets in the lateral recesses but they are not compressed. There is moderate/severe bilateral L4 foraminal narrowing. Mild bilateral L3 foraminal narrowing is noted too. Mild lower lumbar facet joint arthropathy is seen. No pars defect is present.

I am very greatful for offering us such opportunity to benefit from your advice and expertise.

    Kind Regards.

The MRI findings need to be correlated with the symptoms. See the section on describing symptoms to fully convey the problems you are facing.
