X ray : Findings: The lumbar vertebral body heights are maintained. Pedicles are
intact. Alignment is within normal limits. The intervertebral disc spaces
are maintained. Mild facet arthropathy involving L4-L5, L5-S1, and to a
	lesser extent L3-L4.
	IMPRESSION:
Mild facet arthropathy involving the lower lumbar spine.
MRI: (email from the doctor )Nothing serious on the mri. There is some degenerative discdisease in the lower back causing some narrowing of the nerve opening- foramen. I think this would respond to an epidural steroid injection. I’ll refer you for the consultation and procedure once I get a reply.
my question : I have a lot of cracking noise in my lower back and now this moved to my cervical verterbraes. Is a noise that is very often when I move my head… please advise ! I really appreciate your advice to see what to do next. thank you!
