    Can anyone translate?

    C2-3: No Significant spondyloarthopathy

    C3-4: Right greater than left disc osteophyte complex which results in mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis but patent spinal canal

    C4-5: Minimal right uncoverebral hypertrophy results in mild right neural foraminal stenosis, patent left neural foramen and patent spinal canal.

    C5-6: Disc osteophyte complex with focal left paracentral disc protrusion which results in focal stenosis of the spinal canal on the left but maintained cord calibler and shape without abnormal signal. There is minimal right and left neural foraminal stenosis.

    C6-7: Minimal right and left uncovertebral hypertrophy results in patent spinal canal, adequately patent right neural foramen but minimal left neural foraminal stenosis.

    C7-T1: Left greater than right facet hypertrophy results in patent spinal canal, mild right and left neural foraminal spinal stenosis.

    Impression: Multilevel cervical spondylosis as detailed above. Please refer to above report for detailed segmental analysis.
