First of all i would like to thank you for taking time to answer the questions on your forum. It helps lot of people like me.
Now please let me come into my problem. I have been suffering from neck problems for a while.I used to sit with the forward head posture,it gave me problems. Now when i sit without support i get pain at the point where the spine joins with the neck. Its not a chronic pain but i cannot sit properly ,its also makes my shoulder muscles tight. Its like when i pluck on the central part of the shoulder i can feel the pain.
So now i have taken an MRI it shows Diffusal Annular Bulge in C5/C6 Causing minimal Thecal sac compression Seen the doctor he recommended Neck Traction. Is this good? Are there any exercises/postures that i need to avoid to prevent the worsening of the current situation.
Please help .
