    Hi, typically on the back of your neck at the base you can feel the large bump from the spin at the very top, which is also at the base of the neck. Which vertebra is this bump from?

    C7 or T1?

    The C7 vertebra has the longest spinous process of all the vertebra so this is what you feel. C7 is also given the name “vertebra prominens”.
