    Help understand my MRI C4-C5 there minimal right para central disc osteophyte complex causing mild central canal stenosis. There is no significant nerroforaminal stenosis C5-C6 there is a posterior disc osteophyte complex causing moderated central canal stenosis. There is mild right nerroforaminal narrowing. C6-C7 there is a posterior dis osteophyte complex causing moderated central canal stenosis and moderated left nerroforaminal narrowing. The conus medulla rid end at L1 there is mild disc desiccation at L3-L4
