    First day back at work in 3 weeks. I get up every 30 minutes to move around.

    I wouldn’t do any running untilĀ 14-16 weeks post op

    Don’t think that is unreasonable with a recurrent disc herniation.

    Going well, 4 weeks post surgury

    Only minor thing is that the large toe on right and left foot has that feeling like feeling like something user skin of toes when walking. That may go away in time as nerves heal. A little annoying at most

    Yeah

    I’m feeling betterand stronger each day.

    I still have to be careful. A full tecovery a few months away even after 6 week restriction period
