    Taking turmeric supplement for now to provide some releaf

    Turmeric will probably not help significantly with pain but I am not against its use.

    I’ll look into an injection for now. A, December time frame will be better for myself if I move forward with surgury. I just have to see if I want same guy or get other opinions and let someone else do it.

    Do you know what the recovery tone is for laser surgury for herinated disk?

    Is it possible that the fragment the herinated disk that broke loose and free floating?
