    Says:

C5-C6; Disc degeneration with loss of intervertebral disc height and moderate disc bulge, asymmetric to the right: Marked uncovertebral joint hypertrophy is visualized on the right, resulting in moderate to severe right neural foraminal narrowing. the left neural foramen is patent. The central canal is patent.

C6-C7 there is a moderate disc bulge and marked left uncovertebral joint hypertrophy with mild right uncovertebral joint hypertrophy. There is severe left neural foraminal narrowing. No central canal narrowing. No central canal narrowing.

My left arm is what tingles to index fingers and depending on head position all fingers?

    Any thoughts on next steps?

Your left sided pain most likely issues from the left C7 root compression (” There is severe left neural foraminal narrowing”). The C5-6 level is worrisome but not-symptomatic. In my practice, the next steps would be a therapy session and a selective nerve root block at C6-7 (see https://neckandback.com/treatments/epidural-injections-and-selective-nerve-root-blocks-diagnostic-and-therapeutic-neck/).
