You have an isthmic spondylolisthesis with a grade one slip. See https://neckandback.com/conditions/isthmic-spondylolisthesis-slipping-of-a-vertebra-because-of-fracture/.

This disorder is variable in symptoms. Many patients may not even know they have this disorder and go about their business without reducing activity and do OK. The problem is that some of them tear their pannus (the fibrous scar that connects the two fracture surfaces) under heavy load and become symptomatic.

If you want to be preventive, don’t do squats or deads in the gym. Try and avoid bending, twisting and loading the spine all at the same time. Don’t lift heavy items, especially with a twist. Don’t take significant impacts (ski jumps, falls off of high rocks).

Shuttle cock (badminton for us USA types) is the only one that could get you into trouble. The amount of impact, cut-and-shift and rotation with lateral loading can aggravate the spondylolisthesis. None-the-less, this sport is much less aggravating than tennis.
