    Please Help
    My husband has been with back pain for 3 years with a bad pain going down his left leg threw his back need help reading a MRI L5 S1 and advice i can email you the forms we dont understand what they mean and want to know if he needs surgery his pain is bad. He already had therapy , Epidural and a Facet joint injection and did not work made pain worst hes on medication and the pain is still there.

    “MRI-Lumbar spine with and without contrast”
    At L5-S1, there is disk desiccation with mild loss of disk height. There is mild posterior disk osteoporosis complex. There is no paraspinal mass or collection.
