I have a pain in my left leg, It is kind of a electrical pain starting from my lower back (Bottom) and running to the heel bone, and my fifth toe finger through my knee. ( left side of the knee)
The pain is severe time to time and I feel there is a numness in my left leg below knees.
this happens when I walk a lot with flat shoes. therefore I prepfer to wear shoes with a bit of heel.
I can exactly tell where my pain is when I press my bottom. This is so uncomfortable.
I also had a injury in my left shoulder about 2 1/3 years ago. its a pain near my neck towards my shoulder and sometimes it goes to the back of heaf from a back side of the neck.
it happend after I carried a heavy shopping bag. that time i was working in a cafe and I had move my hads a lot. Now I dont do that job and the pain is not as before. it comes time to time when I use my had a lot.

I`m not sure my leg pain started because of this of not.

    please help me.

Most times “electrical pain” in the leg originates from a nerve root compression in the lumbar spine but there are other origins for this pain. Shoes with higher heels cause increased lumbar lordosis. This in turn reduces pressure on the nerve in the case of a nerve root compression from a disc herniation.

Your shoulder and or neck pain is most likely unrelated to your leg pain.
