    Hi Dr, for the past couple of months i have had a splitting headace,nausea,numbness down one side of my body.Went to the ER they did a ct/mri all negative.After a couple of days the headaces went away,after visiting a neuroligist a said it may be some type of unusual seizure.But he was not sure!Any response will be greatly apreciated.

    Headaches can be caused by facets in the upper cervical spine but there are many causes of headache that are not of cervical origin. Numbness down one side of the body would not be consistent with headache of cervical origin.
