    Hello Dr coreman,
I have trouble with my back for long time.
The trouble started like this:if i look up i lose control of my hand and legs?

After the 1 month this stopped having that symptoms and i started filling my arms and legs light weight trouble with movie and walking.

Standing like not holding the surface properly.head ache.feeling that my neck is not properly hold.
dizziness most of the time(feeling like drunk).

MRI shows nothing much then left literal atalanto axial subluxation.

my doctor suggested for Radio frequency ablation nerve block.

I would like to know Your thoughts on this.

Your symptoms might be not related to the upper neck but there is some concern about your complaint of atlanto-axial subluxation. This can be a serious condition as this area is quite sensitive to ligamentous instability.

There is a condition called “bow hunters syndrome” or vertebral artery ischemia (lack of blood flow to the brain) that can have symptoms like you note. See my video on bow hunters syndrome on this website or on youtube to see if this syndrome could fit with your symptoms.

Muscle weakness can result from cervical disorders. You need a neurologist who will spend the time to diagnose and treat you.
