    I have recently had an MRI of my Lumbar spine and a CT Scan of my pelvis the following is the findings

    MRI:

    L2-L3 There is a mild disc bulge. There is no facet arthropathy. There is no neural foraminal narrowing. There is mild central canal stenosis.

    L3-L4 There is a mild disc bulge. There is an annular fissure. There is no facet arthropathy. There is no neural foraminal narrowing. There is mild central canal stenosis.

    CT-Scan:

    1. Acute sacrococcygeal angulation. This may be congenital or possibly the sequela of prior trauma.

    2. L5 left hemivertebrae with pseudoarticulation formation at its articulation with the S1 vertebral body.

    Diagnosis:

    Bertolotti’s Snydrome

    Coccyodina

    Symptoms:

    lumbosacral strain/sprain Apr 2013

    Feeling as if I am wearing a tight sock on left leg which lead to my left ankle locking then my left foot going to sleep.
    Right leg sharp stabbing pain below knee into shin pain radiating down buttocks and left thigh.

    Mild fender bender Sept 2014

    Constant pelvic pain feels as if I am walking on my pelvis, painful intercourse feels as if I am being stabbed in pelvic bone.
    Bone in left foot sole feels like the bone its coming apart very sharp pain.

    If anyone has experienced any of the following or been diagnosed with the following please let me know awaiting spinal specialist now.

    These are symptoms of nerve compression or injury. The confounding factor is that there is no report of nerve root compression in your MRI and CT scans. Bertolotti’s syndrome will not cause these symptoms.

    Pelvic pain generally does not originate from any findings that have been found on these scans. You might have a neuropathy (sick nerves not associated with any compressive findings). A neurologist would be the next stop in my opinion.
