Hi my name is Sheena and I been suffering with my back since I was 16 yrs old,I have chronic back pain numbness tingling an burning pain in my back shoulders an legs numbness also in my foot an hands .I was also diagnosis with mild dorsal sclosis I have had pain medication physical therapy an injection nothing seems to help my pain,I also experience weaknesss when walking an cleaning I can’t hardly ever do activities with my kids,I can hardly walk when shopping I get so weak I have to sit down.I took my MRI on 12/12/2014 my MRI read At L3-L4 normal hydration within the nucleus pulposus with diffuse bulge of the annulus fibrosis but no evidence of neural foraminal or central vertebral canal stenosis. At L4-L5 normal hydration within the nucleus pulposus with diffuse bulge of annulus fibrosis causing mild bilatereal neural fora final stenosis which is equivalent side to side.no evidence of central vertebral canal stenosis.MY L5-S1 desiccation within the nucleus puplosus with a central herniated nucleus pulposus with a central herniated nucleus pulposus(saggital T2-weighted image#20.The margin of the herniation extends a distance 3.5mm posterior to the posterior margins of the adjacent vertebral bodies, contacting but not displacing the s1 nerve root bilaterally. There is a mild to moderate bilateral neural form final stenosis as a consequence of diffuse bulge of the annulus fibrosis. This is greater on the right than on the left. There is no evidence of central vertebral and canal stenosis.WOULD YOU RECOMMEND SURGERY??

The first thing you need is an accurate diagnosis. This involves a detailed physical examination, a careful history, review of your images and possible diagnostic injections. Your symptoms in your upper body (“tingling an burning pain in my back shoulders”) as well as hands would not originate from the lower back. Find a meticulous spine surgeon to help you.
